1. Water,
room temperature 16 to 20 oz
2. Sunlight,
10 minutes while grounding
3. Breathing,
4 seconds breath in nose, 7 seconds hold, 7 seconds release mouth, 10 times
4. Gratitude,
14 minutes of gratitude to Jesus first, then every major body part for health
5. Stretch,
14 minutes of movement
6. Break - fast
Healthy protein and fiber breakfast
7. Social
15 minutes talking, texting, communication with other people

  4. Express gratitude - 10 minutes

  5. Stretch body - 30 minutes

  6. Eat breakfast - 15 minutes

  7. Make morning shake - 20 minutes

  8. Walk - 30 hour
